Mr. Mark Softer is part of the Setter/Softer duo, with this part focused on improving the appearance and adhesion of decals to surfaces with contours or curves.
By applying a very small amount on a pre-applied decal, the solvent will soften it and ensuring it molds to the surface. Overapplication may damage the decal, cause tearing, or erode the paint below.
Once the decal is applied, gently press down on it with a lightly moistened cotton swab or cloth to remove excess softer and water. Should air bubbles appear, wait until the decal has dried and then gently pierce them with a needle or design knife and proceed to reapply the Softer.
Should you wish to to dilute it in order to apply it more safely, you may do so by adding water. Do take into account that adding more water may cause it to react more easily with an water-based acrylic paint.
